Since 1990, Den Fule has been a force to be reckoned with on the Scandinavian folk and world music scene. We were awarded a Swedish Grammis in 1993 for our debut album Lugumleik and have since released three albums: Skalv in 1995, Halling i Köket in 2007, and Contrebande in 2012. In addition to Scandinavia, we have toured in Germany, the USA, India, Turkey, and Senegal.

Den Fule 2025 consists of Sten Källman, Stefan Bergman, Christian Jormin, and Henrik Cederblom, but previous incarnations of the band have also included Jonas Simonson, Ellika Frisell, Ola Bäckström, and Henrik Wallgren.

The release of our fifth album is planned for fall 2026.
